Bradfield’s Service Plans provide an unparalleled level of convenience for schools and businesses. Rather than having to scramble for money when a service call is needed, pre-purchasing hours establishes a bank of time you can use when scheduling service visits.



These visits will involve troubleshooting any issues that may exist with SMART projectors, boards, or accessories. If a replacement is needed, we will uninstall the malfunctioning unit and reinstall the replacement provided by the manufacturer.



Bradfield’s Service Plan is available to be purchased in hourly bundles. In addition, we can include the Service Plan in the cost of each SMART board or SMART integrated solution. We can customize a solution to fit your needs.



Our standard warranty covers parts and repair only, not labor. If you require onsite assistance, Bradfield’s can provide this service at an hourly charge per visit.
